Beginning its life in an American white oak ex-Bourbon cask, the spirit developed its character over 17 long years before being transferred into Amoroso Oloroso Sherry butts for its final flourish. It stayed there for a further three years, teasing out intriguing flavours such as coconut, maple syrup and tangy licorice.
