This single malt marks a milestone in the distillery’s history as their first age statement release fully matured in second-fill Oloroso sherry butts. Sweet aromas of figs, raisins and vanilla are followed by dark fruit and bold chocolate flavours with gentle notes of nutmeg and oak, finishing with dried fruit and caramel.
