Lindores Lowland Single Malt Scotch Whisky

Lindores Abbey near Fife made the first recorded Aqua Vitae in Scotland in 1494. But it took until 2017 for distilling to begin here again. Pale gold colour, with a fruity, citrus vanilla nose. Green apple and vanilla flavours lead to a peppercorn finish. Try with oatcakes, cream cheese and fruit.
