This exceptional whisky marks the ninth entry in Macallan’s annual Classic Cut series. This series celebrates a marriage of oak casks, illustrating their role in the Macallan’s profile. The 2025 showcases ex-bourbon and Sherry-seasoned casks, producing a whisky with pannacotta, caramel apple and brûléed grapefruit flavours.
