Baettig Vino de Viñedo Los Parientes Pinot Noir 2021

The 2021 Vino de Viñedo Los Parientes Pinot Noir was produced with some 10% full clusters and indigenous yeasts followed by nine months in barrel, 13% of them new 300-liter oak barrels and the rest used 228-liter ones. It has 13.5% alcohol and is direct, aromatic, with red fruit and notes of rosehip. The color and the nose keep the youth and primary aromas but with good ripeness and development of flavors; there’s nothing herbal or green about it. 13,416 bottles were filled in December 2021.
