Benziger Merlot 2020

This Merlot was sourced from sites across California specifically selected to ensure the temperament of the fruit and the texture of the final wine. Individual parcels were fermented separately at varying temperatures and using a variety of winemaking techniques to encourage the finest qualities of each. Look for dark cherry, plum, vanilla, savoury herbs and delicate spice and pair with caramelized roast vegetables or veggie burgers.
