Cave de Ribeauvillé Collection Pinot Gris 2022

Cave de Ribeauvillé was established in 1895 and is one of France’s oldest co-ops. This gorgeous Pinot Gris has a wonderful aromatic heft and is bold and very present on the nose. It’s ripe and zesty, with juicy peach, apple, and smoky minerality. Generous and long. Try it with smoked fish or grilled pork.
