Domaine Pinson Frères Mont-de-Milieu Chablis 1er Cru 2021

Slightly riper aromas display excellent Chablis typicity on the aromas of mineral reduction, green apple and oyster shell. There is once again very good size and weight to the medium-bodied flavors that possess a succulent, round and generous mouthfeel while exhibiting excellent punch on the stony and austere finale where a touch of wood emerges.
