First Press Chardonnay 2021

The 2021 vintage began cold and dry, but the weather stabilized over the summer and culminated in good conditions through the harvest. Overall, 2021 resulted in ripe, balanced wines with excellent concentration. This layered, complex Chardonnay is vibrant and tropical, with peach, pear, vanilla, baking spice, and a food-friendly texture. Pair with grilled pork ribs or grilled seafood.
