Greywacke Botrytis Pinot Gris 2015

The lush, honeyed 2015 Botrytis Pinot Gris kicks off with scents of beeswax, marmalade and candied ginger. It’s medium to full-bodied, broad and mouth coating on the palate but reasonably balanced, with hints of fresh peaches, tangerines and a bit of citrus pith on the finish. Drink date: 2020-2025.
