Howard’s Folly Touriga Nacional 2017

Winemaker David Baverstock, who guided the winemaking at Herdade do Esporão and in the Douro, has fashioned a solidly rich and perfumed wine from Touriga Nacional. It is concentrated and with ripe tannins and black currant fruits. Just approaching maturity, the wine will be ready from 2023. Score – 93. (Roger Voss, Wine Enthusiast, Sept. 1, 2022)
