The grapes for this wine are sourced 80% from Niagara and 20% from Prince Edward County, all vinified at Huff’s facility in PEC. This ripe, balanced merlot shows notes of black cherry, plum, and allspice. It is aged in stainless steel to retain varietal character and fruitiness. Pair with roast beef or meatloaf.
