Ichinokura Mukansa Amakuchi Sake Honjozo

This sake is made in Miyagi prefecture in the Tohoku region. The nose reveals aromas of steamed rice and banana cake with medium-sweet flavours of sweet rice and a hint of maple syrup with light acidity on the palate and a refreshing finish. Serve it chilled or hot, paired with meat, vegetable and seafood dishes.
