The classic white here is always worth checking out, and the 2021 Châteauneuf Du Pape Blanc shines on all accounts. Honeyed white flowers, stone fruits, orange blossom, and a touch of spice all emerge on the nose, and it’s medium to full-bodied, has a pure, elegant mouthfeel, and a great finish.
