Sometimes in wine, the widely unexpected are the most fun. Ialo Cescon’s Pinot Nero is exactly that! Wild aromas of boysenberry, red currant, medicinal herbs and clove work in concert to keep the mind engaged with each sniff. The palate is in lockstep with the nose highlighting high-toned red fruits, earthy flavors and vibrant acidity on the finish. A tasty and interesting wine. Best Buy. Score – 90.
