Handcrafted in Ontario’s first sake brewery in Toronto’s Distillery District using spring water from Muskoka. The master brewer utilizes specific methods to craft this sake. The result is a cloudy liquid, simultaneously combining a slight sweetness and sourness. Lucious and refreshingly clean. Pair with ramen noodles.
