5% whole bunches, 95% destemmed, 30% held on skins for 7 weeks extended maceration post-ferment, matured French oak ranging from barriques to demi-muids (35% new) for 16 months. An exercise in elegance from start to finish. There is an airy lightness to the way the wine reaches into every corner of the mouth in the same fashion as the fragrance of the bouquet. Score – 95.
