Masumo Aka Red Junmai Ginjo Sake

Brewed in the traditional yamahai style for savoury umami this sake shows fruity aromas of banana, stone fruits and red plums. The palate has good fruit with a light lactic note and refreshing acidity supported by savoury umami. Serve chilled, room temperature or warm. Pairs well with red meat and cheeses.
