This wine is 100% Posip: an indigenous white grape thought to have originated on Korcula and grown virtually nowhere outside the Dalmation Coast. Its high-toned aromatics make it a popular component of the region’s white blends. Standout acidity, snappy citrus, touches of tropical fruit, and an unmistakable briny minerality make it a winner as a single-varietal wine. This island beauty is great with seafood.
