Poderi dal Nespoli Orange Wine 2021

This skin-contact white wine (hence the orange colour) is based on Trebbiano with splashes of Pinot Bianco (10%) and Sauvignon Blanc (4%). It’s fermented in temperature-controlled stainless steel with the juice spending three to six months on the lees. Look for suggestions of dried flowers, star anise, juniper and dried apricots and pair with oily fish dishes or veggie tempura.
