Remoissenet Père & Fils Bougros Chablis Grand Cru 2018

There is more evident Chablis character to the mineral reduction, iodine, sea breeze and citrus nuances. The very round, supple and quite forward medium-bodied flavors possess more obvious power on the dry, focused and lingering citrus-tinged finish that tightens up as it sits on the palate. This too would benefit considerably from developing more depth as it’s currently a bit one-dimensional. Drink: 2026+. Score – 90. (Allen Meadows, burghound.com, June 10, 2020)
