Hot Knives is a New England Double IPA using Belma, Citra, Talus and Simcoe hops, all originating from the Pacific North-West. The result is citrus fruit aromas with melon and tropical fruit and unique berry flavours. Great served with BBQ ribs, sausages and chicken.
