A new riesling from Trius; approachable and food friendly. Shows aromas and flavours of nuts, mineral, fresh bread, herbs and spices. On the palate this is dry, with fine balanced acidity on the refreshing finish. Serve on its own, with mildly spiced fare or Asian dishes.
