Dom Pérignon Plénitude P2 Rosé Champagne 2000

The 2000 Dom Pérignon Rosé P2 is hauntingly beautiful and ethereal in the way only fine, aged Rosé can be. Kirsch, orange peel, white flowers, mint and gentle touches of spice all open in the glass. More than anything else, the 2000 is beautifully balanced and harmonious. It’s a beguiling, complex Champagne to enjoy over the next decade or so. Drinking window: 2024-2032. Score – 96.
