Product Details
Medium yellow colour, with a bright, toasted bread and iced pastries kind of bouquet. It’s complex and shows the toasted-nutty, bready maturity of judicious lees development. The rich, full palate also has poise and refinement. The acidity is brisk but balanced cleverly by subtle, unobtrusive dosage. A very smart wine. Excellent complexity and balance. (A Blanc de Blancs from the two grand cru villages of Oger and Le Mesnil sur Oger. Min 5 years on lees. Dosage 5.8 grams/litre.) Drink: 2017-2023. Score – 95.
