Cossy L’Instant Extra Brut Blanc de Blancs 1er Cru Champagne 2015

L’Instant is a special wine for Cossy, who historically did not produce a Blanc de Blanc. Winemaker Sophie Cossy was sure that their Chardonnay had something special to show. Poised and expansive, this Champagne has good complexity and nicely framed citrus, pear and apple tones.
