Monmarthe Secret de Famille 1er Cru Brut Champagne

A solid, simple and fruity champagne here from Monmarthe, certainly an improvement over what I last tasted from this estate a decade ago. There’s notable dosage on the palate, but it still comes across as lively and brut, as advertised, if not exactly tight and chiseled. Length and depth are good. Drink or hold short term.
