Triptyque Champagne Baron De Rothschild 2018

Disgorged in June 2024 with five grams per liter, the 2018 Tryptique evokes aromas of lemon oil, grapefruit, spices, baked bread and chalk. Medium to full-bodied, harmonious and delicate, it’s delicately vinous with good depth at the core, pinpoint mousse and a delicate, mouthwatering, saline-inflected finish. This blend of 50% Chardonnay from Avize and 50% Pinot Noir, equally sourced from Ambonnay and Aÿ, offers a gastronomic character, thanks to its refined bitterness, making it a superb choice for pairing with food.
