The 7th generation winemakers at La Pintancerie restored this estate, which was created in the 13th century by Cistercian monks. This dry Champagne made from Pinot Noir 80% and Chardonnay 20% is aged at least 24 months on its lees. It is aromatic and fruity with fine, persistent bubbles. Perfect as an aperitif.
