Nomine Renard Demi Sec Champagne

The Nominé Renard Demi Sec is a blend of Chardonnay 40%, Pinot Noir 30% and Pinot Meunier 30%, matured for 36 months. Concentrated aromas reveal ripe fruit with notes of fresh pastry. The palate is well balanced with sweet fruit flavours and a creamy mouthfeel. It pairs well with dessert, blue cheeses or foie gras.
