Piaff Brut Champagne

This is a mature, firm, nicely linear Brut with fairly deep yellow-gold colour. The nose is generous and complex with well integrated pear, hay, macaroon and dried flower complexity. It is light to medium bodied, taut and very well balanced with outstanding persistence and finesse. Delicious. Tasted Sept 2022. Score – 94. (David Lawrason, winealign.com)
