Oyster shells, white chocolate, dried lemons, chopped nuts and a hint of white truffle on the nose. It’s intense, both rich and mineral at the same time, with delicious sweet-salty undertones. Silky bubbles. Very long and fresh. 100% chardonnay. A newer release of 2008, disgorged in March 2024, after over 15 years on the lees. 4g/L dosage. Drink or hold. Score – 97.
