Aromas of carob, oregano and thyme, licorice, tomatillo, castelvetrano olive, cacao nibs, eucalyptus, and dried ch erries with a satiny, vibrant, sweet medium-to-full body and a smooth, interesting, medium-long black toast, fennel fronds, and molasses finish.
