Pelee Island Vidal Icewine 2023

The grapes for this Vidal Icewine were kept on the vine through early winter until thoroughly frozen. The resulting wine is bursting with intense aromas and flavours of dried apricot and orange marmalade. Richly textured and well-balanced with a pleasing citrus acidity and a lingering finish, it’ll pair beautifully with fruit pastries or make a sweet dessert unto itself.
