A thick and ultra flavourful elixir through the herbal and herbaceous character of cabernet franc made into real, intense and vivid Icewine. Like a granita made with cranberry, cherry and liquid pepper, performative and gregarious. Sufficient acidity (at 10.9 g/L) keeps the energy alive and yes this represents the category well, but its sweetness … feels to be everything. Drink 2025-2028. Tasted July 2025. Score – 91.
