Konzelmann Vidal Icewine VQA 2018

Konzelmann Estate Winery has been making fine wine in Niagara since the 1980s, and Icewine is one of their specialties. This one is decadently sweet yet quite bright and lively, with apple, pineapple, honey, mango and apricot, plus a subtle suggestion of fresh mushroom on the long finish. Sip it with apple pie and vanilla ice cream, or savoury pastries with truffle butter.
