This Xinomavro shows layered vanilla and coffee tones from the year it spent in oak, but there’s plenty of bold, ripe cherry, blackcurrant and plum fruit as well, alongside vivid spices. Enjoy it through early 2030s with grilled sausages or roast lamb.
