2027 Cellars Wismer Vineyard-Foxcroft Block Cabernet Franc 2021

When owner and winemaker Kevin Panagapka registered his small Pinot Noir vineyard with the Grape Growers of Ontario in 2005, he was assigned the grape-grower number of 2027. His first Cabernet Franc vintage was 2019, and his style reflects the classic, savoury side of the grape. This wine has generous red and dark berry tones, earth, forest floor, a touch of spice, and plentiful food-friendly acidity.
