Adamo Bistro Red Blend 2021

Adamo was founded in 2015 and is a leading voice in the emerging Central Ontario wine region. The Bistro was sourced from Niagara and is mostly Cabernet Franc, with some Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, Malbec and Petit Verdot. It’s youthful and ripe with generous, juicy red fruit, nice balance and structure, and a food-friendly acidity. Enjoy through 2026.
