Aiora Mavrotragano Xinomavro Syrah Red 2022

This dry red from northern Greece is made from three grape varieties: Syrah 40%, Mavrotragano 30% and Xinomavro 30%. It is spontaneously fermented with wild yeasts, aged in clay amphoras for three months and bottled unfiltered. Expect aromas and flavours of juicy morello cherry, plums, blackberry, vanilla and spice.
