Amastuola Primitivo 2021

This wine comes from organically farmed vines planted on hillside sites in rocky clay soils. It has a nice lifted aromatic character, with tangy red fruit, suggestions of spice and dried herbs, and a classic minerality. A wine for grilled pork chops, rosemary chicken, or eggplant parmesan.
