Andrew Peller Signature Series Cabernet Franc 2023

[This wine was added to the growing collection at the Canadian Wine Library in 2026.] Notably fresh and relatively bright to allow the varietal character every opportunity to shine through. Perfectly red fruit juicy with a prickly pear fleshiness and semi-concentrated pomegranate molasses. Fine bitters and the slightest bit of tannic austerity at the finish.
