Angels & Cowboys Proprietary Red 2021

This truly southern Californian blend of Zinfandel, Syrah, Grenache, Carignan and Petite Sirah was vinified and aged in French oak barrels. The entire assemblage process, which took 16 months, smoothed out the tannins and concentrated the flavours. The result is a juicy, bold red, with flavours of boysenberry, black pepper, cassis, and hints of smoked meat.[Sommeliers Choice Awards did not include a tasting note.] Score – 94.
