Aramis White Label Shiraz 2021

This wine is 100% Shiraz from the estate’s 64-acre vineyard in the southern foothills of McLaren Vale, just two kilometres from the coast of the Gulf of St. Vincent. A portion of the wine spent 18 months in French oak, adding touches of vanilla to a core of spicy dark fruit. Savour with steaks or portobello mushrooms in peppercorn gravy.
