Since 1987, Arnaldo-Caprai has collaborated with the Institute of Arboreal Cultivation at the University of Milan’s faculty of agriculture to develop eco-friendly, sustainable practices to protect the region of Umbria. This blend of Sangiovese and Canaiolo is a feel-good wine that also tastes good, with notes of cherry and blackcurrant, plus a hint of smoke from oak ageing.
