Cuevas de Arom is from some of the highest and oldest Garnacha vineyards in Catalonia, northeastern Spain. Raspberry, violet, mineral and herbal aromas and flavours lead to a full, dry palate with firm, elegant tannins. Best enjoyed with grilled beef and lamb, hearty stews and smoky sausage.
