Bachelder Beam City Pinot Noir 2021

A new release from Niagara’s mastermind of Burgundian grapes, Thomas Bachelder. The 2021 vintage saw bouts of extreme variability in weather, yet the overall heat and early budbreak made for a long growing season to craft sumptuous, long-lived Pinot Noir with notes of raspberry and truffle, plus a hint of iron on the finish.
