This wine is made from Cabernet Franc grown in heavy red clay in the Back 10 Vineyard, which is known for yielding fine, intensely c oncentrated wines. It offers ripe berry and plum fruit with smoky-spice shading from 11 months in oak. Pair with grilled steak, bell peppers and summer squash.
