Baileyana Firepeak Pinot Noir 2020

Longtime winemaker Rob Takigawa only shows more experience each vintage on this relatively affordable bottling. Aromas of black cherry and black raspberry meet with vanilla and pie crust on the delicious nose. The palate lands with ripe cherry compote and strawberry sorbet flavors, but the intrigue is added by mint leaf and a firm tannic frame. Editors’ Choice. Score – 92.
