This 100% Tempranillo comes from Balbás’s single-vineyard line and is sourced from their Torrosillo estate. The wine is bold and fruity, with blackcurrant, blueberry, red cherry, vanilla, and oak spice. Its good balance and grippy tannins make it a fine choice for roasted meat dishes, and its earthy undertones make it a good match for a chickpea-and-mushroom stew.
